Casey has worked in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years. From small town bars to hotels and high-volume restaurants, Casey has served, poured drinks, managed staff, and loved every crazy minute of it! She enjoys hosting parties and watching her guests have a fun and stress-free time. Phil brings a wealth of bartending experience and knowledge to the Cork & Coaster team. He has over 15 years in the industry from managing restaurants to successfully starting Rhode Island’s first mobile farm to glass bartending company, Seed & Sip in 2016. His passion for creating and customizing cocktail menus and recipes puts a unique twist on each event. His knowledge of service and safety, drink quantities and quality is vast. During events, Phil is quick on his feet to make cocktails, keep guests safe and ensure that everyone enjoys their time.

Lealah (aka Lea) started working in the back of house at a local pizza place, cutting vegetables and scraping pizza pans at age 14. From there, she worked her way up to serving and bartending with sass and style. Lea has worked everywhere from breakfast diners to local family-owned restaurants and even corporate chains and fine dining establishments. She has been a travel bartender for the last 3 years and brings the party wherever she goes. Her many five-star reviews say it all!

Caley (Casey’s sister) has been working in the restaurant industry for many years as a server, manager and travel bartender for events. Caley’s caring personality and attention to detail allows her to successfully host memorable events in a safe environment. As a person with Celiac disease, Caley’s knowledge of gluten free ciders and allergen friendly drinks is a welcomed addition to Cork & Coaster’s offerings.
